Happy, happy Friday everyone! Here's part 2 of my Sedona trip :)
Sunday morning was spent luxuriously sleeping in, drinking coffee and enjoying the cool morning. We had an amazing breakfast at this tiny little bistro at the Sedona Airport. we had lemon ricotta pancakes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream (and a side of bacon) as we watched the private planes land and take off. Then, we went to one of my favorite zoos, Out of Africa, in Cottonwood. It was a lot hotter than I had aticipated and we spent our day walking in the dusty dirt, eating Hawaiian shaved ice to try and stay cool, and looking at beautiful animals. Two highlights were getting up close and personal with the tigers, and feeding the wrinkly giraffe, Kebo.
